Nov 26 (Thurs) – Day 22 - 1800

Thanksgiving. We got to sleep in today until 0500! Then we didn’t really do anything all day. Our platoon did some combatives this morning, and I got pwn3d by the guy I went against. We could have watched the Green Bay football game after lunch (lunch was awesome by the way) but we got our cell phones, so I took my phone instead of football. I called my family again and a bunch of my friends. It really made me miss them a lot, but 3 more weeks and I’ll be able to talk to them again for as long as I want. I had my cell phone for almost 4 hours today, which was a huge surprise, because usually we only get to talk for a few minutes. Hopefully it will be more like that from now on. After dinner, I watched some of the Dallas football game, but I left at halftime because I’m tired and Dallas was crushing Oakland. The Giants play later on, but I don’t think we’ll be able to watch that game. That’s annoying, but the fun has to end sometime. I really hope tomorrow’s pt isn’t too bad to make us pay for today…
