FRAG OUT!! Yeah, that’s right. I threw live grenades today. We started throwing two practice grenades to make sure we wouldn’t kill ourselves. Then once everyone did that, we moved down range and threw two live grenades. It actually went pretty fast for having about 240 soldiers. One thing that surprised me was how loud they were. It’s not like Halo with a little bang; it’s a loud BOOM! Even with earpro in. I was slightly disappointed because it went so fast though. I was in line ready to go, holding my two grenades, and I ran out to the pit, threw one grenade, then threw the other grenade, and ran back inside. Ok, so it wasn’t that fast, but it sure felt like it. In other news, our PT test is tomorrow morning. It’s really important, so I need to pass it. I’m feeling really confident though, so now I just need to do it!
